Most beginners let their phone decide how to interpret light. Professionals use the Exposure Triangle to engineer a specific visual outcome. On a mobile sensor, we manipulate three critical variables:
- Luminance Sensitivity (ISO): The signal-to-noise ratio of your sensor. To maintain Structural Integrity in your image, we lock ISO at its native base (usually 25-100) to eliminate Digital Artifacting.
- The 180-Degree Shutter Rule: To achieve a natural, filmic Motion Blur, your shutter speed must be exactly double your frame rate (e.g., 24fps = 1/48s). This aligns with human visual persistence.
